The Context

The LEA Portal supports the secure processing of lawful requests by bringing together user and IP session information from multiple backend systems across PTCL's service network. The design needed to make this sensitive and data-intensive process clear, controlled, and efficient for authorized users.

The Opportunity

The design focused on creating a structured interface for managing lawful requests, searching session information, reviewing data, and handling secure information exchange. Role-based experiences and clearly organized workflows help users navigate complex operational tasks while maintaining a consistent and controlled interaction model.

The Challenge

The portal needed to support multiple user roles, large volumes of requests, real-time session searches, data exports, and sensitive information handling. The design challenge was to present complex information and high-volume workflows in a clear interface while maintaining strong usability, secure interaction patterns, and efficient access to critical data.
