The Context

Event Hub supports organizers in managing events, attendees, sponsors, speakers, and sessions while providing participants with an interactive mobile experience. The design needed to serve two distinct user groups, organizers managing complex event operations and participants accessing event information and engagement features.

The Opportunity

The design focused on creating a connected experience across the mobile application and admin portal. Event information, sessions, speakers, sponsors, attendee interactions, networking, notifications, feedback, and other event activities were organized into clear user journeys, making it easier for organizers to manage events and for participants to engage with them.

The Challenge

The platform needed to support end-to-end event workflows while keeping the experience simple across both mobile and web interfaces. The design challenge was to organize a wide range of features, including real-time communication, networking, feedback, notifications, social streaming, and flexible event configuration, without making the user experience feel complex or fragmented.
