Hunars provides a digital marketplace where skilled professionals can present their expertise and clients can discover and connect with suitable service providers. The design needed to support both sides of the marketplace while making professional discovery and service interactions easy to understand and navigate.
The Opportunity
The design focused on creating a structured marketplace experience that helps professionals showcase their skills while giving clients a clear way to discover and evaluate service providers. Profiles, portfolios, professional information, ratings, recruitment, training, and other marketplace activities were organized into intuitive user journeys across web and mobile.
The Challenge
The platform needed to accommodate multiple user roles and a wide range of interconnected experiences, including professional discovery, profile and portfolio management, ratings, financial activities, recruitment, training, and administrative controls. The design challenge was to maintain a consistent and intuitive experience across web and mobile while keeping these diverse workflows easy to navigate.
