The Context

The LMS provides teachers with a structured digital environment for professional development, bringing training modules, educational resources, and assessments into one accessible experience. The design needed to support teachers across Balochistan and make learning content easy to access and follow.

The Opportunity

The design focused on transforming a structured training program into an intuitive digital learning experience. Learning content, assessments, progress information, and supporting resources were organized into clear user journeys so teachers could understand their learning path and easily move between different parts of the platform.

The Challenge

The platform needed to support bilingual Urdu and English content, interactive learning, progress tracking, and administrative oversight. The design challenge was to organize these different learning and management requirements into a clear interface that remained accessible and easy to use for teachers with different levels of digital experience.
