Inara Technologies is delivering an enterprise eSahulat platform for NADRA Technologies Limited (NTL), consolidating nationwide electronic payment collection, disbursement, financial reporting, and operational management into a cloud-native, microservices-based solution.
The opportunity
Develop a scalable and secure enterprise platform that integrates financial operations, franchise management, organizational resources, business intelligence, complaint handling, and API-based connectivity through centralized management tools and comprehensive reporting capabilities.
The challenge
The solution needed to integrate 18 functional modules while supporting secure role-based access, financial reconciliation, ERP general ledger mapping, configurable KPI dashboards, real-time monitoring, complaint escalation, immutable audit logs, and robust data protection across a distributed payment ecosystem. It also required thorough validation, testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), documentation, and technical handover.
